One person, three ways to help
Codewithwisdom started as one person teaching web development and freelancing. It's grown into a small software company, but it's still hands-on, and it's still about building real things and teaching how they're built.
Started in lockdown, still building
Codewithwisdom started in 2020, during the COVID lockdown in Nigeria. I was teaching web development online and freelancing on the side, building websites for anyone who needed one and helping people learn to code from scratch.
That combination, building and teaching actually turned out to be the whole point. Businesses needed software they could actually use, and people needed a practical way to learn how to build it. So I kept doing both.
What started as one person doing freelance work has grown into a small software company built around three things: consulting for businesses that need custom software, education for people who want to learn how to build it, and a set of SaaS products we're building for ourselves. It's still hands-on, I'm still the one writing the code and the lessons.

To help businesses grow with software that actually fits how they work, and to teach people the same skills we use to build it, so building good software doesn't stay locked behind a small circle of people.
